Partner Buy-and-Build (m/f/d)
As a partner, you help build evo Capital and take responsibility for investments, from the first meeting with the entrepreneur to developing the group together.
Your role
- Approach entrepreneurs, successors and advisers in the DACH region and build trust
- Value, negotiate and finance investments
- Support companies as a partner after the investment and drive strategy and acquisitions together with management
- Develop evo Capital as a firm
What you bring
- Several years of experience in private equity, M&A or as an entrepreneur
- Your own network among mid-sized companies in Switzerland, Germany or Austria
- Entrepreneurial thinking and the willingness to co-invest yourself
- Enjoy working directly with entrepreneurs, as equals

Operating Partner (m/f/d)
You stay close to our companies and, after we invest, make sure that good businesses grow into a strong group: with clear processes, well-integrated acquisitions and a management team that grows with the group. We agree the time commitment together.
Your role
- Work closely with management teams after the investment, as a sparring partner and on the advisory board or board of directors
- Integrate acquisitions and build shared structures, for example in purchasing, sales, IT and back office
- Implement improvements together with management, from pricing and processes to digitalisation and AI
- Bring the operational view to new investments and take on responsibility yourself where needed, including on an interim basis
What you bring
- Several years of leadership experience in mid-sized companies, for example as managing director or COO
- Experience with acquisitions and their integration, ideally in a buy-and-build group or a private equity environment
- A feel for people: you earn trust on the shop floor as well as in the boardroom
- Entrepreneurial thinking and an interest in co-investing yourself

Investment Analyst (m/f/d)
You work directly with the partners and are involved in every step of an investment from the start. You learn the business from the ground up and take on responsibility quickly.
Your role
- Analyse markets and sectors and identify suitable companies
- Build valuations and financial models
- Support due diligence and prepare documents
- Take part in meetings with entrepreneurs, advisers and investors
What you bring
- Completed or advanced degree in business, finance or a related field
- First experience in M&A, private equity, corporate finance or consulting, for example through internships
- Strong Excel skills and a love of numbers
- Fluent German, good English
